Beautifully appointed 2 bed apartment.

Newly renovated, throughout, to a high standard, our two bedroomed apartment (sleeps 4), with new (2025) A/C in both bedrooms and lounge/dining area and recently installed fibre broadband WiFi, is just a 5 minute stroll to the popular Burriana Beach area of Nerja, with its many cosmopolitan restaurants, beach bars and shops, and just a 20 minute walk into Nerja Town Centre. The apartment is on the top floor (Floor 2), with lift and secure access. A private, undercover and secure parking space is available, at no extra cost.
The well maintained gardens surround the small children's pool and the larger pool.
Days can be spent in the seclusion of our large terrace with its sea and mountain views.
We are now, as required by law of all self catering apartments in Andalucía, fully registered with the Junta de Andalucía (see registration number above)
