The jewel of this apartment is the tranquility, the private terraces and the views. The furniture is designer and of very high quality from renowned brands such as Børge Mogensen's, Hay and Piet Hein. In addition, it has a luxurious community pool with sunbeds and a gym room.



Perfectly communicated with the nearby towns of Torrox Costa and Nerja, in the heart of the eastern coast of Malaga in the new Balcón del Mar complex.



From the street level there is access to the first floor which has a living room with TV and access to the first terrace, a designer kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, two bedrooms with TV and a bathroom with shower.



The upper floor has a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and a double bed with direct access to the second terrace with a designer dining table and it faces the sea, the first thing you see when you get up in the morning.



From the second terrace you have access to the third terrace of this luxurious property where you have a sunbathing area with sunbeds and an outside shower to cool off on hot days.
