Tekila Beach condo-apartment on the beach and Caribbean Sea in St-Martin, SXM.

For six years that we (two Quebecers from Canada) have been coming here exactly for rental with this breathtaking view and directly on the sea (50 meters). What a paradise! In 2019, we took possession of the condo to renovate it entirely and give it a Cap code stamp. It is located at Nettle Bay Beach Club, a private and secure place. The swimming pool is also less than 25 meters away.
In December 2019, we will finalize the kitchen, the decoration, the arrival of the TV and the sofa bed, ... Everything will be ready to receive you from January 2020.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a DVD player is provided for your entertainment.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at Tekila beach condo. The pictures and description of the listing barely do it justice. Such a gorgeous view, and the beach is lovely for walking. There are a couple of places to access the ocean for swimming, but the spotless pools are better. Other beaches good for swimming aren’t far, especially Baie Rouge.The condo is so clean, and the renovations are recent, so everything feels very new. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are folding beach chairs and noodles for water fun.The owner, Jean Yves is a pleasure to deal with, and quickly answered any questions we had. His local contact, Mme Annick was lovely and very helpful.There’s a large convenience store across the street, and an amazing bakery just a few doors down. Great stay

A piece of paradise

We have loved our stay here at Tekila. The unit is wonderful and has one of the best views here in Nettles Bay Beach Club. We spent a lot of time out on the patio enjoying the breeze, listening to the ocean, and watching the yachts go by. The location is perfect for everything you want to do on the island. We also like that just a short walk from us was a fantastic restaurant, Mezza luna. We ate there many times. I highly recommend this location and unit. I plan to return!

Toller Urlaub in Nettle Bay

Das Condo ist mit allem ausgestattet was es braucht. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Blick von der Terasse über den Strand auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.Das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist der Holzkohlegrill, der schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wir hatten versucht das Rost (sehr verostet) sauberzumachen, was uns aber nicht gelang. Das Rost könnte erneuert werden (es ist ein Weber Grill) oder einen Weber Gasgrill zur Verfügung stellen, (ist bei den meisten umliegenden Condos vorhanden).Ansonsten war alles super schön und falls wir mal wieder nach St. Martin kommen, würden wir das Condo wieder buchen.

Très bon séjour, appart super...👍

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre appartement, il était propre, bien équipé et bien agencé, lumineux et confortable. Petite amélioration pourrait être une bouilloire pour de l’eau chaude et une antenne pour les chaînes hertziennes car nous avons u l’internet donc la télé seulement le premier soir et le dernier matin... Nous reviendrons et nous vous recommanderons... Cordialement Mr Roualec
