Rundum wohlgefühlt

Die Soulfactory liegt in Neu-Ulm. Es stehen private Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Münster, das Fischer- und Gerberviertel sowie die Donau sind perfekt zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Apartment 3.3. ist hell, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet.

Im Großen und Ganzen eine schöne Unterkunft … aber man müsste auf Kleinigkeiten mehr achten … Staub auf den Steckdosen . Föhn der nicht richtig funktioniert bzw. man denkt er explodiert gleich … Spinnen Weben in den Fenstern …

Schöne neue Wohnung in Zentrumsnähe

Sehr schöne, neue Wohlfühl-Wohnung ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Ulmer Zentrum. Geräumige Küche, bequemes Bett und Bad mit Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Türöffner App haben wir als etwas umständlich empfunden, wir bevorzugen den "altmodischen" Schlüssel ;) die App an und für sich hat aber bestens funktioniert. Einzig wünschenswert aus unserer Sicht wäre etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck, damit man die Abwaschmaschine nicht nach jedem Essen laufen lassen muss...

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, schön und funktional eingerichtet, und hat eine gute Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut. Das handybasierte Schließsystem war manchmal etwas fummlig, hat aber insgesamt gut funktioniert. Einziger kleiner Schwachpunkt war die Menge an vorhandenem Besteck bzw. Geschirr, was etwas zu wenig war (es sind je nur 4 Stück von jedem Teil vorhanden). So hat man z.B. nach dem Frühstück mit 4 Personen die Wahl zwischen abspülen, oder eine halbvolle Spülmaschine zu starten.

Très bon accueil, appartement grand. Appartement sécurisé, parking 10€/jour. Appartement très bien situé à 10mn à pied du centre ville. Il manque un rideau dans la cuisine pour ceux qui dorment dans la salle et qui ne veulent pas être réveillés avec la lueur du jour. Sinon il est très bien équipé et moderne. Il faudrait aussi prévoir un Balai. Le lit est très confortable, la salle de bain très grande.
