The receptionists especially a lady called Nora are extremely accommodating and looking after the clients. Also the cleaners are friendly! My room Superior was very large airy and super comfortable. Trains from every direction and airports are 5 min from the hotel . Also the amenities supermarkets shops boutique and the Lake are reachable by 7 minutes walk

Séjour Neuchâtel

Très bon séjour sauf le soir du 31 décembre ou il y avait une fête à l'étage au-dessous et le bruit était très pénible , on avait l'impression d'être dans une boîte de nuit ! Sinon tout était bien.

Die Lage des Hotels liegt genau zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt, je 10 min zu Fuss. Ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel verfügt über eigene gedeckte Parkflächen für Autos. Ab dem 5. Stock tolle Sicht über Berge und See.
