You will be lulled by the lapping of the stream and the movement of the wheel. Gîte upstairs: living room/kitchen (microwave, freezer) with lounge area (TV). WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom: (1 bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 bedroom. (2 single beds) Shower room with toilet. Beds made (sheets provided). Towels provided. Housekeeping included. Heating by heat pump. Safety and protection work on the wheel and construction of a terrace above the wheel in progress. A common laundry room will be built next year. Land to share with the other gîte. Owners' house on the property.
