The apartment has about 70 square meters and is located in a "quiet" located on the outskirts multi-family house with 4 apartments and 2 offices on the ground floor in the community Neuried, district Schutterzell. At your disposal are 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, hall, guest toilet, storage room. Logia / balcony.
