Ideal for nature and hiking enthusiasts, this home offers direct access to the famous GR34 coastal path through a small gate from the garden. Just 500 meters away, you’ll discover the wild coast, and the Rospico Cove is 1.5 km away, perfect for enjoying the coastal scenery.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful 800 m² garden—a true haven of peace where you can enjoy the Breton climate. The spacious terrace is perfect for sharing warm moments around a barbecue.
Inside, the house offers a comfortable living space of about 105 m². The ground floor includes a lovely entrance leading to a living-dining room that can accommodate six guests. This room opens onto an equipped kitchen and leads directly to the terrace through a large sliding glass door. You’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed, separate toilets, and a shower room.
Upstairs, a staircase leads to two large bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds, a sink, and toilets.
