My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had been upgraded, transforming it into a stunning and romantic space that really set the mood for our getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive whenever we encountered any issues, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, especially of the hot air balloons that add a magical touch to the landscape. We booked last minute and they still help with airport transfer. It was very reasonably priced compared to the other hotels in the area and in a great location. It was a little up the hill so more quiet but still easily existible to the downtown. We would highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic escape or anyone visiting Goreme. We can't wait to return!

The Best stay ever !!

Yosef at the reception was amazing. He was so helpful and friendly. My room was amazing had a pool an experience I never had before. The breakfast was staff was friendly and accommodating. I definitely will come and stay here by the way this morning seeing the ballon’s right at the roof top was breathtaking incredible.

Amazing hotel and staff! This was a honeymoon trip and we were welcomed with a room upgrade, wine and balloons. The room was clean, comfortable and a shower that I miss on returning home. Every member of staff was friendly and went out of their way. The breakfast buffet was varied, and omlettes were made on request. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended it

Exceptional Service & Genuine Hospitality! Our trip started with a bit of a hiccup—some of our friends accidentally booked a different hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and only realized the mix-up then. Thankfully, the staff had already upgraded our room, and when we asked if all five of us could stay in the same room just for that night, they kindly said yes. It was such a generous gesture and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The next morning, three of us showed up for breakfast, and to our surprise, the staff had already prepared breakfast for our two friends as well—even though they weren’t staying at the hotel! They even encouraged us to try traditional Turkish delights like menemen and Turkish coffee. The friendliness, warmth, and top-notch service made this experience unforgettable. Their thoughtfulness didn’t stop there. On our departure day, we had to leave very early, before breakfast hours, and the reception immediately offered to prepare breakfast boxes—not just for the three of us staying there, but for all five of us. That kind of above-and-beyond hospitality is truly rare. I highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay. I would say we had more than a great stay, I would say we had a great experience. I’ll start with the basics. Check in was fast. We stayed in a quadruple room, it was spacious. The beds were comfortable. Very good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel provided water and a basket full of shampoo, conditioner etc. The service provided by all the staff was great, from the front desk to house keeping. That would be enough for a good stay. But those are overshadowed by the amazing breakfast experience. The staff was exceptional. On top of the abundant selection, they offered omelettes and eggs, brought items fresh made for you to try. The gentleman (wish I remembered his name) remembered where guests were from and had little banters with them. Breakfast was a highlight, and anywhere else would have been the highlight. But the decor team is what took this stay to an experience. The attention to detail making each space beautiful was extraordinary. There are multiple terraces each lovingly decorated. The flowers, the carpets, the decor creates an ambiance that makes you feel comfortable and surrounded by beauty. I took so many photos of the hotel common spaces. This is what put it over the top and made it an experience for me.

Our stay at Cappadocia Cave Suites was truly unforgettable. We had a cozy and comfortable cave room that offered a breathtaking view — every morning, we watched the hot air balloons rise into the sky right from our window. It was like waking up in a dream. Property is walking distance to everything in Goreme. But the rooms are really small, our toilet seat was broken, we had trash in the can when we checked in. Hotel staff was really nice very firm but nice. We didn’t get to experience the balloons view bc it was cancelled. The terrace is beautiful. We went down 20 minutes before breakfast closed so we opted out so we wouldn’t inconvenience staff.

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very helpful. They assisted us in arranging our activities in Cappadocia. I forgot my bracelet in my room, and they located it and returned it to me, which was amazing.

Stunning property with great service

You can’t beat the scenic location! fantastic views (especially for morning balloons), just a few minutes to dozens of restaurants, one of a kind rooms with multiple terraces. And the service! the staff provide great suggestions for activities, make bookings, even got us a last minute balloon flight. Special shoutout to Softic in the breakfast room, who made me the most delicious Turkish Bruscetta. The breakfast (included) is overall excellent-the menimem was one of the best things I ate in two weeks of really good food.
