Staff was great we’ve booked for a two bedroom. We got our key went to the room and it was one king bed went back down and they took care of us immediately to get us the correct room.

What a delight. This property looks brand new. The room was large, the shower was great, the bed, bedding and linens all were first class. We used the pool and it was nice, although the shower they ask you to take was not working and a spa would have been a good addition. The best part of the stay was Danh. To find someone this young and this competent is rare. We would be glad to stay there again.

Highly recommend this hotel! Very quaint & cozy! Bed is extremely comfy! I came in town for a funeral and after a very long day, it was so nice getting a good nights sleep! Next morning had a hot buffet breakfast that is complimentary! Perfect way to start my long drive back home! Staff were incredible! I’ll stay with them again!

I have stayed at every hotel and motel in New Bern. Without a doubt this is the premier lodging provider in the city. It is also the newest. It adjoins a mall where you can shop. I am a pessimist but I really don’t have any complaints with my visit.

I was upset that dont know how to use the tv to my phone. I tried to follow instructions but 8 dont do all that. I was so tired and just wanted to watch a show. This was new to me. I did not like it
