Great for family and pets

Very neat home. Was perfect for our family trip with pets. Would stay again. Neighbors were very friendly bringing over carrots for us to feed their horses if we wanted to.

Perfect getaway

Brought my out of state friends to experience Texas for the first time and it was perfect. The home has beautiful decor, tons of land and activities to keep us entertained, and really allowed us all to enjoy a peaceful relaxing weekend. Our host was very communicative with us and promptly answered any questions we had. 10/10 would stay again.

Sunshine House❤️

I absolutely loved everything about our stay in the Sunshine House, we arrived a little earlier than check in and we were accommodated nicely, I soon as I walked in I was in awe, the home is so charming and so roomy all the original details and decor is amazing!! Everything we needed was provided. By the end of our stay I didn’t want to leave!! We will definitely go back and stay longer next time.

Great time with whole family and dogs in our family. Dogs loved outdoor area to run and play, also nice areas to relax, decorated cookies, made gumbo, worked puzzle, shot some hoops and watched some football! Thanks for allowing us to make some great memories here!

Charming Farmhouse

Property was amazing and very eclectic. Kids had a great time playing basketball during our down time. Perfect place to stay if you want to be away from everything but still close enough that it’s no more than a 10-15 min drive. Can’t wait to come back!

It was a beautiful house and awesome are around it

It was a close ride to Comal river and the are around the house was beautiful. The place even had 2 basketball goals for when you just wanted to relax.

Great Location

I'm pretty sure I submitted a review for my stay already, but VRBO keeps prompting me to do so again. So if this shows 2 reviews, that is why. In either case, our stay was phenomenal. The house was charming and felt like and isolated farmhouse, but was only 15 minutes from downtown New Braunfels. The owner and property manager were so kind and easy to work with. We loved every bit about our stay. If we need to stay in New Braunfels again, this will be the first placed we look.

Great stay

We love the house and loved our stay. The listing was accurate to the experience. The house was clean when we arrived and fully ready for guests. The location is SO quiet and peaceful, but it's only 15 minutes from the heart of New Braunfels. I 100% recommend and even ended up extending my stay.
