I don't like having to pay such high prices for food and coffee. Coffee should be free downstairs. The coffee in the room is not good. Every hotel offers free coffee.

Love love this property. My first stay since Thanksgiving weekend and it never disappoints! Had breakfast and great as usual! Don't miss this if you need to stay in the area. We missed pizza on Wooster st this time.

Best Check-in Ever!

When we arrived we were immediately greeted. We booked through Hotel.com and didn't realize we needed to book the reservation at booking with a gift card we had. The receptionist was amazing. He was helpful, understanding, and extremely pleasant in a comfortable way. It felt like we were old acquaintances meeting up after a long time apart. Our check in process was probably the best we had ever experienced. We went up to our room to settle in. On our return from dinner off-site the same receptionist was still there. We made it point to tell the gentleman how much we enjoyed our check-in experience and thanked him. He smiled, said "thank you" and also said "that's way it should be!".
