The room was drab but comfortable. The hotel is showing its age and is being refreshed, so the lobby was torn up under construction. The breakfast was the typical cheap minimum.

I’ve stayed in dozens of La Quintas throughout the U.S., and this location will have to be the lowest rating of them. Renovations were going on in the lobby which is fine but white dust was everywhere, no plastic tarp to even try to block the dust. Couldn’t access elevators without staff having to walk you around and taking you up to your room. The lights did not turn off in the bedroom….instead the light switch turned off the TV, microwave, and fridge. The hallway light did not work. Need to say the front desk lady was super polite and very professional. Unfortunate working conditions for her.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Good afternoon, I just called the phone number on the business card I was provided by a front desk employee this morning after checking out, but no one answered the phone and I was unable to leave a voicemail.  I am wholly dissatisfied with my recent stay at your hotel. When my boyfriend booked the reservation online last weekend, there was no indication the hotel was currently in the middle of a major renovation, rendering the premises unacceptable and unfit for guests. Upon arrival, we noted the entire lobby was an active construction site, with tiles and hardwood floor panels missing, exposed concrete, dust and debris throughout the entire entrance and lobby area, and caution tape haphazardly tied to a random chair. Not only was the state of the lobby visually displeasing, but it created a safety hazard that was in no way relayed to us prior to our arrival. Had we known this would be the situation, we would have booked a reservation elsewhere.  One of the most egregious issues we encountered during our stay was the dysfunctional elevators. Again, we were not notified upon booking our room or when we checked in that the elevators were not working or that the elevators would be shut down between Friday night and Saturday morning for what was described as “pre-planned renovations.” Had we been given the courtesy of this information, we would have booked a room elsewhere. I didn’t stay that place is disgustingly nasty I didn’t even check I walked there was plastic and dust everywhere, so I asked to see the room before I checked in and that was horrible to. I told them I was not going to check in and don’t charge my card they said alright. The workers looked disgusted with what they had to work in.

No dining options in house no vending for snacks no outlets in bathroom by the counter add wires going across the the room and the plug on the wall to the counter and it's dangerous and everything kept getting knocked over my razor is my electric toothbrushes anything that was charging there should be GFI outlets on the counter with the bathroom sink is that's where the room is the place your items that are charging

This Hotel was okay, but they are remodeling, so lobby area was a bit dirty. Hotel was fairly clean someone must of used the bathroom after it had been cleaned because found a used wash cloth and toilet paper in trash can. Also the outlet in bathroom didn’t work which was not great, especially since the only mirror was there too. Just didn’t feel the room was worth the money. Not horrible but wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast was good but we needed to go early and the breakfast was served late. The beds were comfortable but the bathtub was too old and looks like dusty and not clean. I hope the remodeling process will be finished soon and they rebuild the bathroom areas in all the rooms.

The hotel is going under a remodel in the lobby, but the entire hotel was dirty and musty even if you take out the condition of just the lobby, which was essentially a construction site the rest of the hotel was still not a great place to stay.

I BOOKED A ROOM WITH PLENTY ADVANCE. THEY DIDNT TELL ME THERE WAS NO ELEVATOR. HAD TO WALK UP AND DOWN 5 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. WHEN I SAID SOMETHING TO THE CLERK. HER RESPONSE WAS "I JUST WORK HERE. My stay here was comfortable. I am a traveler I work night shifts. I slept all day with no noise issues; I stayed here for 11 days. You have a complimentary breakfast which I enjoyed, a few different options. My only complaint was that the elevators went down for about 2 days and having to go up and down the stairs from the 7th floor sucked but things happen no big deal. Nobody bothered me. I ubered to and from work, long wharf is a few mins away with many food trucks. Downtown, pizza places, etc are only mins away. I ubered around town on my days off. Overall it was a good stay I would definitely come back
