Very convenient to Yale University and the shops and restaurants in the downtown area near the New Haven Green. It is a 2nd floor studio in a walk up with no elevator which may be an issue for some people. Good wifi for internet and TV streaming but no access to cable TV that we were aware. No dedicated or free parking available. Full kitchen facilities are a plus. Good value!
