The room was not clean. The hotel smelled like a sewer. There were people sleeping in the pool area at night. I checked out after one day and was told that all I needed to do was contact hotels.com and they could call the hotel and they would let them know I checked out. Well the manager refused to get on the phone for a week. Hotels.com ended up making it right for me with no help from the hotel. I will say the staff were very nice but the hotel itself is not. Oh and I had to bend down to take a shower and I am only 5 ft 8 in. Horrible experience. I'll never go back to this hotel.

4 night stay. The room my girlfriend and I stayed in on the second level has bed bugs as she noticed several large red welts and had a reaction, went to urgent care and was confirmed to be bed bugs. Called to let the hotel know and was told to call back a different day to speak to the GM. Would not stay here again after this experience.

The staff at check in was very helpful. We paid for early check in and were 30 minutes early and she accommodated us. Lucien was so nice and friendly and made us the BEST hurricanes !! The rooms were very clean and comfortable ! The lobby was beautiful !!

The room was very neglected! Wads of hair appeared on our towels that were given to us each day. And the shower wasn't cleaned until I complained about it being dirty and hair being stuck on the walls. The floor of the room was never cleaned and one of our double beds kept breaking off it's platform. However, the front desk staff and breakfast was great! It seems like the hotel put all of it's money into the lobby but neglected the rooms. They definitely need to hire better housekeepers! We also saw 2 huge rats running through the hallway one night. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I WILL PAY MORE TO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE NEXT TIME!
