Overall ok stay. The ac wasn’t working well. It wasn’t too hot out, so it wasn’t a big issue, but the 1st night was a bit warm. There were no working ice machines. But the worst part? No waffle batter & iron at breakfast. Just eggs, sausage and continental stuff. The room was very clean and was cheaper than the hotel across the street. Probably will try another place in the area next time.

Quick and efficient service when checking in. Monica was very helpful and had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. (Sometimes it seems like an act of congress to find our reservation with other establishments). Room was more than spacious and the beds were a little stiff, but quite comfortable for weary travelers. Most importantly, the AC was cold!

I like that the property is near the airport. But Shuttle was out of service. This hotel should never got a 8 star rating!? Let’s start with breakfast nothing but scrambled eggs and sausage patties, everyday! That was disappointing not to mention coffee are weak too water down. The bed was terrible dirty all over the mattress and so uncomfortable my back was killing all week! Not to mention BIG cockroach we saw exiting down the stairs 😣 We stayed few Comfort Suites many places, this was the worse Comfort Suites. Week we’re there no one used the pool, I wonder why! Lesson learned you pay what you get for.

We only had a one night stay for a cruise sailing from New Orleans the next day. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and did not delay checking us in. However; we were disappointed that the carpet leading to our room was dirty and in desperate need of vacuuming. We were also disappointed that the floors were bare in the room. The faux wood floor gave a true economy stay feel. At the end of the day, the room served us for what we needed it for.
