The room was clean, good set up. Could offer better pillow selection (i.e., low-fill feather and/or flat pillows). The shower had good pressure but was way too high for me... good for my husband, though.

This is a great hotel! It’s connected to the Ritz-Carlton and they share amenities — including the bar where there’s a live jazz band every night at 8 PM. The atmosphere is amazing! The only thing to note is that if you’re not familiar with the city, the surrounding area might feel a little rough at first, but it’s within easy walking distance to everything. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff was great, room was great and clean.The only minor inconvenience was there was alot of buildup in the bottom of the iron, had to clean extensively before use. Would stay again if ever in the area again
