The front desk was easy to talk to no attitudes I was called when my room was ready! safety in the lobby to ensure you reside in the hotel. The room was clean i even went over the cleaning myself. Great location I had the balcony room across from 504 restaurant. Although the room came with ear plugs it was extremely loud music playing till 3am then house keeping at approximately 7am noise so if you wanna party that the hotel but if you want rest be very drunk to get through the night!!

The staff is first rate!!! We had a balcony room overlooking Bourbon Street and it was fantastic! Very clean, updated, nicely appointed. The concierge was able to get us tickets to a “sold out” jazz cruise! We are already booked again for this October.

Staff and security were so friendly. The courtyard and pool are beautiful, as were the rooms. Our room was in the back and overlooked their parking. Since the hotel is on Bourbon Street, we actually didn’t hear all the fun and got great nights sleeps.
