Staff was fantastic, room was serviced daily with new bedding and towels. Our room in particular was mostly quiet even with the wild street noise. We were located on the courtyard parking garage side. I would imagine the street side rooms were loud, but that is to be expected with a bourbon street hotel. The location was conveniently located to everything in the French Quarter. The pool was nice. No complaints with the 8 day stay, would stay again.

One staff member was inpatient. Generally though they were not personable. I think because of dealing with drunks. Rooms were overpriced. Five days after my stay i have not received my 100.00 security deposit returned. I called, left message at accounting and did not receive a call back that day. Will see what happens today. I would not recommend staying here or anywhere on Bourbon Street.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! It's no surprise that Bourbon Street is loud, so it was really great that the room had a white noise machine and earplugs on the nightstand. I loved that the location was perfect for a great night out in the French Quarter.
