Easy and plenty of parking, great wifi, comfortable, clean, plenty of space, and all necessary kitchen and cooking amenities. Excellent central location off Magazine. Quiet at night for sleeping, yet also lively and celebratory with a couple wedding parties and bands parading around the square on some evenings, never too late though. Lots of nearby shopping, dining, and easy access to bus and streetcar for longer destinations, but also very walkable. Great communication by host as well. We will return!

My wife and I visit New Orleans at least once a year and the Garden district has become our neighborhood of choice. This condo provided a fantastic location for us. First off, it had gated, off-street parking, which is important to us as we always drive to NOLA. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. The condo itself, while a little plain, was comfortable and had most everything we needed (no wine glasses). Crack'd Brunch is right next door and serves a great breakfast/brunch. Both Coquette and Gris-Gris are a short walk for fine dining. Juan's Flying Burrito is great for casual Mexican fare. Half Moon and Down the Hatch are two bars within steps of the condo. Magazine Street is half a block away. Finally, our host, Samuel, was great. Easy to reach and quick to reply. As an example, there was a water main break that cut off water to the condo. There was nothing Samuel could do about the situation, but we felt he would be able to get information easier than we could. He was responsive and provided updates that were much appreciated. This condo is a great option to consider for our next trip to NOLA!

Fantastic location, literally steps from Magazine. Clean, comfy, quiet - a little noise from street/bar but not too much. So many great shops, cafes, rest. Recommend Crack'd (for a brunch splurge), hiVolt for coffee, Half Moon for beer & food

Great location! Nice place with everything you need for a wonderful stay, including washer/dryer. It was great to have a reserved, safe spot to park our car as we walked or took the streetcar to most events. Great food and breakfast places around the corner. NOLA can get a little loud at night but we had it covered as we always bring a white noise machine to drown it out and it worked! Sam was easy to contact and we'd recommend this apt to everyone!
