The Best Hotel Choice in New Orleans Downtown!!!!

My stay was Phenomenal! I was there for a church conference, my room was immaculate! Nice suite! The staff, was so nice and helpful! Anything i needed the staff was on it!!!! Will definitely book another room there! Be Blessed!!

Just like last time live the hotel. Enjoyed iur time there this time i brought my family. The only 1 diwn fall is when we was loading up the van there was another vellet driver pulling into the garage and honking the horn as we was trying to load the van and the kiddo. I thiught that was kinda rude. But over all if we make it back to new orleans i know where im staying at again.

Remote didn’t work informed called from the hotel room phone 5 times to inform front desk and no one answered. I called from my cell phone and they finally answered. I had to come down and get batteries and remote still didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work either.

This hotel was horrible!!! From the staff to lack of cleanliness. The floor in the room was stained and stunk of mildew and a hint of urine. The breakfast was powered eggs with industrial cheese, half cooked , potatoes, dry chicken patties, oatmeal, and bagels and cream cheese. Juices and coffee tasted horrible. The curtains in the hallway looked dirty. The lady that was cleaning the buffett tables with a dirty rag. There should be some type of hospitality board to report this hotel to.
