The front desk is under-staffed. The room I booked and prepaid for (larger room with king) was not available when I arrived. I was told it was under maintenance and would be available at 9:00 the next morning. We were able to move to the correct room 3:00 in the afternoon the next day. The room was nice, but the shower had hot water about 50% of the time. We used valet parking 1 night but was charged for all 5 nights. It took over 30 minutes to straighten everything out and to check out. The receipt that was emailed to med still shows the over charges, so i will have to handled this again tomorrow. I will never stay here again.

It's important not to book rooms that are not available. Another cities the Hilton would not have tolerated against not sleeping with a bad air conditioner not even for one night.

I’ve never been to a Hilton that had such a hard bad. It was very uncomfortable the trolley or street car was right outside our window and it was noisy. There were no free waters even for Hilton honor members. Probably won’t stay there again.

I arrived early at around 11 AM and was told my room would be ready by 2 PM. When I returned at 2, the manager was extremely rude and told me I “should have known” that check-in is after 4 PM. Her attitude completely ruined my experience, and I ended up waiting an additional two hours in the lobby. On top of that, at checkout I was charged $161 CAD more than the $103 CAD Expedia had stated in addition to the $1,000+ I had already paid for my three-night stay. While the location is good, the service is terrible. I am a Hilton Honors member, and this is by far the worst hotel and worst experience I’ve ever had with this chain. I would absolutely not recommend this property. The hotel does not have parking either, you will need to pay for valet parking or park somewhere else.
