Our stay was amazing. We went from Sunday through Thursday however, I was disappointed that we didn’t receive the room we booked. They placed us in a room that was ADA. We are tall people and the sink was very low. However, outside of that, the location is perfect close to Bourbon down the street from Canal. Everything is within a 20 minute walking radius. The front desk did put together goodie bags that included a water bottle vouchers for local excursions and breakfast vouchers. The restaurant located on the lobby floor serves breakfast luncheon dinner and it’s absolutely delicious. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. We will definitely be returning and staying in the same hotel I really liked that. The room came with good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Room service was completed daily in the hotel itself is very clean.

The room had a leaking bath tub and half or more of the water was thrown away, the mattress was old and the rooms had poor isolation, the staff was great, and helpful, the business office had a pc that couldn’t pass the login page, the restaurant even independent was even more slow than you can imagine

I did not appreciate the new fees that are in place with early check in and late check out. I’ve stayed with holiday inn for +10years and I have never encountered a problem before. I will consider these fees when I book on the future.

The room and atmosphere was great, and the location is perfect to be close to Bourbon Street without being ON Bourbon Street. There are only two elevators which were very busy most of the time. The room included a discount card for the attached restaurant but when using it, patrons get a different (limited) menu.

Room needs to be renovated badly. Very outdated looking. It still has popcorn ceilings! AC doesn’t work very well and windows. Don’t open. Ventilation is horrible. can’t even keep the curtains open. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the hotel looks OK.

I stay here a few times a year, but this time, I had a few glitches. There was no dresser to store my clothing, so I asked for a different room (1 week stay, so I like my clothing put away). I was told none of the rooms had dressers. I stay often enought to know that isn't the case. Then my heat didn't work and my shower had no hot water. Maintenence was terrific and repaired both quickly. Finally, if you like a good night sleep, be sure to ask for rooms that do not face Dauphine Street. The late night noise was insane. Still, the staff is great, and I will stay again.

The room was cool, no heater. The cleaners did an excellent job. The breakfast area was cold too. Food was very limited, no yogurt , or granola but they did have fruit. Michaela was lovely, and asset to the breakfast team .thank you for looking after us.

Reception staff were nice. Room was dark, not enough lighting. Water pressure wasn't strong enough for a good shower. Water was sometimes cool and wouldn't warm up. Room was cool also , so we asked for a heater and were told that the hotel didn't have one.

We loved everything room was nice and clean when we came back. All the employees were nice. The only thing I would say when they clean the bathroom, they never left extra toilet paper and in the middle of the night I will have to call concierge so I could get more toilet paper. I was in room 257 but other than that, everything was fine.
