Great location in the French Quarter just 2 blocks away from Bourbon St. very comfortable beds and great water pressure and a cold fridge. In need of nothing. And so reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend!

This hotel is like 50 pases from Burbon St. and like 7 minutes from where you take all the activities buses, is not new or fashionable, but has warm water, great TV selection, staff is incredible sweet and awsome!! The restaurant is excellent. Will recommend and stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous property! The staff is the epitome of southern hospitality, and a special recognition for Lonny at the door - he was an amazing resource for food, drinks, and anything you would ever need! The attached coffee shop serves up great coffee and breakfast items, the attached restaurant/bar has EXCELLENT food - including the absolutely BEST bread pudding we had - and the drinks are a good strong pour! The courtyard is a wonderful place to take a break from the party crowd - quiet and secluded, yet only a 2 minute walk from bourbon street! We had the most fantastic stay, and are already looking forward to another amazing week in such a beautiful and friendly establishment!

The hotel was clean the staff lovely. We had tea and coffee in the room.There was some noise at night but thats hard to avoid in the french quarter. I wish the culture for food and drink was less disposable. Id have been really pleased to have reusable cup and spoons. So much plastic waste created everywhere.

The staff was fabulous. On top of everything, personable with great area recommendations. Room was comfortable with all the necessities. Bathroom is small but didn't bother us. Hotel had the great NOLA character we were looking to capture on our visit.

Rooms were horribly dark. Mattresses were about the worst I have had in a hotel. The area is super convenient if you want to party, we did not. The hotel bar and restaurant is seriously lacking. I found the valet/belhop to be overly pushy and demanding to carry bags and give us a tour and the front desk clerks to be rude as well. Not a great stay.

We loved staying at Hotel St. Marie. Great location, old world charm, quiet (!), and clean. All of the employees are friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to greet each day. (Special shout-out to Lonnie, who is a delight and a wealth of info.) We also enjoyed the convenience and quality of the small on-site restaurant.

We actually stayed here for New Year’s 2025, so yes we were here when the attack happened on Bourbon Street. The hotel staff was amazing and made us all feel safe. They communicated well and were very helpful. We had our kids with us and they didn’t mind that the kids got restless when we were in lockdown. I can’t say enough about the staff here and how welcoming and professional they were if we ever come to New Orleans again we will stay at the hotel Saint Marie.

I was a guest during the blizzard of '25. The staff was so amazing, keeping the guests happy while they themselves were separated from their homes. I'm so appreciative of their service and positive attitudes. It was true hospitality.
