Room was ok. The bed had pillows about the size of throw pillows for a sofa. There was no wash clothes in the bathroom, only towels and hand towels. No complimentary shampoo or body wash. Continental breakfast was sparse. Traffic outside was loud all night, along with emergency sirens.

It was exactly what we expected, something cheap and near the airport. The staff were wonderful and welcoming. It isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it gets top marks for exactly what it is, a friendly, cheap place to crash for the night near the airport.

I really wanted to like this hotel, but my stay was pretty awful. My first room smelled strongly of smoke, so I asked to switch. The second room was even worse — it still smelled like smoke, but also had a very strong urine odor. It was unmistakable and extremely unpleasant. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work. I went downstairs and was told that only about half of the phones in the hotel actually work, and that there was “no way to know” which rooms would be okay. The whole experience felt unclean and poorly maintained. Even the pillowcases were scratchy and uncomfortable. Overall, it was disappointing, and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was nice,staff pleasant but when it came to extending my stay it went south. I placed a deposit and paid for one night and want to extend my stay by one more night. I was told that in order to do so I needed to start a new reservation to keep the same room I had which required for me to place another deposit plus the nightly rate. My thing is why should I have to pay another deposit and start a new reservation to stay in the same room I booked to begin with all I wanted to do was extend my stay buy one more night staff wasn't really helpful on that part.

We reserved a suite and when we arrived, we were told those are first come first serve whether we reserved it and paid more or not. There is a price difference but the desk clerk said there was not and had a bad attitude. Onlinethe price is clearly more for a suite. We were told the incidental charge is $75 and could take a week or more to get back. Also we were told about their no smoking or vaping policy, yet walking down the hall, there was a heavy stench of marijuana. Had it been earlier that we got here, we would have gone elsewhere due to the rude staff and subpar stay. We will NEVER stay here again. We asked for the manager’s card and got a flippant reply when it was given to us. This was all-around terrible service. We fully expect a refund of the price difference between the king suite we reserved and the standard room we were assigned.
