Newly constructed with upscale materials, this studio features upscale finishes including quartzite kitchen & bath counters, Carrara marble shower, and designer lighting, linens and furnishings. Only a 10 minute Uber or Lyft ride from all of the world class attractions, restaurants, and bars.
Every element of this space was chosen with luxury in mind. Quartzite countertops, Carrara marble in the bath, Champagne bronze plumbing fixtures. Bedding is 100% cotton 400TC Italian sheets, with a Peacock Alley coverlet and shams and Suzanne Kastler for Ballard Designs linen and cotton Duvet and Euro shams. Ralph Lauren towels. Appliances include a full size washer & dryer, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave drawer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster oven.

We had such a great stay! The apartment was bright, beautifully decorated, and super clean. The location was quiet and felt safe. We especially loved having the laundry in the unit and spending time by the pool. The hosts were friendly and responsive. It was also just a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go in New Orleans. We’d definitely stay here again!

The area was nice room was clean kitchen and laundry were a plus. My only comment is regarding the pool. The listing sounds like the pool is for your use only, but in reality the home owners use the pool area as well. We were invited to join them for a football party they were having outside by the pool area which was nice of them. We happened to be out for the day so it wasn’t an issue. I would suggest wording the use of pool a little differently. If we were planning on relaxing by the pool for part of the afternoon I would have been disappointed. Owners were very nice. We were happy with the stay. Close to everything.

Tulane University visit

This little flat was just what I needed. It was spacious and clean. It was a 1 mile walk to Tulane University which I could walk everyday to visit my daughter. It was very safe, had a great shower and washer/dryer. The pool was a plus. The owners were awesome too. Thanks for having me!

This is my second time staying here and I love it. I love the room and the pool. It's very quiet! Al and his wife are great. Bus stop is right there, and i love the paved parh on Napoleon for my runs. I hope to stay there whenever I go to NOLA.

Really lovely space. It’s well appointed. I would suggest 2 things:Update pamphlets and local info as well as a note of welcome and instructions for dishwasher and micro/oven and pool usage . 2-since you can cook , it would be nice to have a pedestal based table between chairs for meals together.

Pool House Perfection in New Orleans

This spot was exactly as pictured. Clean, modern, with luxury finishes. Residence was on a quiet street and very close toTulane University, downtown and the French Quarters. There was plenty of room for the two of us,. We loved the kitchenette area that was fully stocked, had a full refrigerator, toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Bathroom was luxurious and we enjoyed having a washer & dryer. Owners were very responsive to our questions and provided helpful suggestions for restaurants.There was always a spot for parking.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was immaculate and the host were very responsive with anything we needed. They left us to ourselves but were there if we needed them. The neighborhood is very cute and safe. It was a little further from the main attractions than what we originally thought but still an easy uber ride or bus ride was all it took. Pleasant stay in New Orleans

Home was located in a quiet safe neighborhood. Although my husband was awaken on our first night from the noise of someone walking up the stairs and talking, the remainder of our stay was pretty quiet. We were able to park in the same parking space on the concrete pad on the street located next to the property every night (our visit was not during peak season). Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.
