It is conveniently located 35 mins. to downtown New Orleans yet tucked away from the city. 45 mins. to Gulfport MS Casino and white sandy beaches. The home is located on an active bayou with beautiful views from 2 master bedrooms. Room enough for everyone 3200 sq ft and 1500 sq ft of covered outside area. Parking 2 separate driveways for 4 cars. Boat house for boat parking (limited boat size).
Please note the Executive has bedding enough for 10 Guests, and will accommodate up to 20 Guests with additional bedding. Please indicate how many Guests so bedding and linen may be brought in. Last minute changes may not ensure proper bedding and linen for your Guest.
The Executive waterfront is a great getaway venue for families, couples, friends, businesses and groups of all kinds. Offers four bedrooms with two full en suite baths along with one full bath in the hallway and one full bath with message panel. Every bedroom gets their own bath making it comfortable and private for Guest.
The house is situated conveniently close to shopping, golfing, tennis and boating, it is particularly convenient for those staying overnight for events in New Orleans.
