Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home twice this year. Each time the Host was very accommodating and gracious. Back in August we originally booked her other property (which was just as nice) when we arrived we noticed an issue with the AC. She immediately responded back and offered us one of her other properties to stay. I highly recommend this property. It is in a great location and convenient to get around New Orleans. Everything was less that 10 mins away.

Perfect for an economic reunion

Stayed here with 8 college friends for a long weekend. The house fit our needs perfectly, and was a short Uber to all the places we wanted to hang out.

Nice, clean, decorated very nice

They are doing repairs to the street so parking was not that great,and there was alot of sand out in front, but the property itself was very nice and comfortable for everyone. I would rent again.

Bachelor party Stay

Had a blast staying here for a buddy's bachelor party. There's tons of beds, a good amount of space, and the streetcar is a walkable distance. There's also a bunch of brunch places walkable as well. Definitely recommend!

Perfect for bachelorette trip

This was the perfect spot for me and my girls to spend a long weekend for my bachelorette trip! We loved that it was in a residential part of town away from the hustle and bustle of the quarter, but it was a short drive or Uber away from everything we wanted to do. There was plenty enough space for us all to live and get ready comfortably, and it was very clean! There are only two potential downsides: 1) this is a duplex, and you can hear everything the adjoining house is up to. We were fine with this, but it may bug some people. 2) I don’t think the kitchen was well enough equipped with pots and pans to feed the large group we have. We had to end up buying our own to be able to cook for the amount of people we had. Despite the two downsides, I would 100% stay here again and recommend this place for any large groups!

New Orleans - mid city

Property was well- equipped with all the things my family needed for our stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and easily accommodated my family with my sisters (5 kids, 4 adults). It is close to the French quarter, aquarium, ww2 museum. We ended up driving to the areas we went and never figured out the trolley schedule- though this would be neat. We also used a lyft from the French quarter one night and it was only about $10. My only complaint would be the fact that it is a duplex, so a couple days in the other unit was occupied and they were noisy late into the night- sometimes making it difficult to sleep. May also benefit from black out curtains- as soon as the sun was up, my kids thought it was time to get up! Overall a great stay!

Our Thanksgiving Getaway-Covid Style

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to the Mid/city mansion. The description and pictures were extremely accurate. The neighborhood is not what I expected, it’s street parking, and there was also terrible flooding in the neighborhood one night(but it cleared up pretty quickly). Overall, my family loved it and would love to come back to stay at the Mid City mansion again.
