They’re currently doing renovations. This was our favorite hotel until now. No parking garage due to this. Staff was nice. The room was 78 degrees, way too hot!!! We left at 1am because of this.

Loved everything about it except the parking. It’s right across the street from the courthouse and the security over there threatened to tow me as I was waiting on valet. Otherwise, I loved the hotel.

Great stay

Amazing corner room! Service was excellent, our toilet wouldn’t flush and they sent someone up to fix it almost immediately and it was fixed just as quickly. Quick walk to a lot of restaurants, and near French Quarter attractions. Construction was going on in the lobby but it wasn’t any problem for us

We enjoyed our stay very much! Our room was very clean, and the staff at check in was very nice. Made the process very easy. Pool, and upper deck area very nice. Check out was easy as well. Had to wait a little while for them to bring car around, but expected as several people were trying to check out. Staff at the Rib Room Sunday morning was not very friendly, and had a hard time communicating with a lady as she did not speak good English. Glad we did not decide to eat there, as they are very pricey. But overall, wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Contstruction on property made my stay unberable. They then proceeded to lie multiple times about when the loud banging/hammering would stop. I called in the morning when i was awoken by loud hammering and was told it would end at 3. Return back to the room to hear construction still active at 3:15. Called desk and was told 3:30. After the banging got so intense on the bottom of my floor i went to the lobby to address this issue with management. Unable to speak to a manager i was told 5pm now it would stop. At this point i had enough and asked to be refunded my money for the stay. Going through expedia i was unable to do much at the desk and had to contact them. They gave me the option to check out right now and i would be refunded. They still procceded to charge me $75+ for the parking of the day i left and all the hideen fees at the end of your checkout. Do not rent from the omni. Plenty of rooms available in the quarter at a fraction of the price and you wont be lied to. Have stayed at this property multiple times over the heats and will never return.
