Lovely hotel in a good part of the French Quarter for walking everywhere. The room itself was a little tired, with the tap and shower controls being loose, but it was very clean and cosy. Rooftop pool is a bonus and a great place to start the day.

I would absolutely stay here again! I gave it a high rating for cleanliness, which is always the most important for me. Staff was so incredibly wonderful and the location was ideal. Pool was a huge bonus as well. Loved it!

Great stay at the Omni New Orleans! Perfect location within walking distance to top attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, great location near French Quarter. Rooms clean and quiet but small. Ate 3 breakfasts in The Rib Room and service was TERRIBLE. It took 50 minutes for them to bring our breakfast one morning. Eat somewhere else or plan to spend a long time at breakfast.

Clean quiet rooms, amazing bedding … wonderful people who work there….lovely patio with stunning pots and greenery… so close to so many fun and amazing parts of the city by walking from cathedral, river, preservation hall, pat O’s and everything else.
