Room was not properly clean. Lavatory was dirty; night stand was dirty. TV was not operable because the remote was not working! Even after front desk attendance brought a different remote, it did not work! ... they charge for one night and said we had checked in and that is false. Hotel was booked totally and they rented the room to someone else. They are yet to refund for the additional night that we did not check in!

The service at the hotel was fine. The people who worked at the front desk were very friendly however, it seems that the cleaning staff isn’t very attentive to their work.. I went to take a shower and the bathtub was covered in dirt. It was absolutely disgusting.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room seemed to have been newly renovated but was not clean and there was a giant dead roach by our bed. Renovation was about 80% finished meaning there was two gaping holes in the bathroom and lots of gaps here annd there and some of the lights didn’t work. The renovation felt very rushed and sloppy. Wish people would take more pride in what they do and what they own.
