The customer service wasn’t good, my A/C in my room didn’t work properly. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned, there were strings of someone’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

My family and I spent one night at this hotel, and we loved it! It was clean and a nice getaway that was a 30 or so minute drive from New Orleans. Overall, It was a great stay and we will be back to stay here again!

The AC didn't work, no working wifi, no TV, no room phone, smelled like weed. We stayed for 3 nights, the 2nd night no room service for trash or towels. Pictures online are very deceiving. Will not stay here again.
