Check in is really easy and the towels were the best towels ever. The window shade allowed people to look into the bathroom. It also let light in. The room is never dark for sleep. They have this emergency flash light that goes on and they don’t want you to unplug it. Also the ac is really loud.

The entire property was bright and clean, most everything was new and modern. the owner and staff was very accommodating and pleasant. There were the essentials but not many extras provided, example there was no Ice cube tray !

Location is hidden property is definitely remodeled and new inside is extremely clean. I stayed during Mardi Gras. I did leave early because the smell of marijuana was so potent. It just gave me a migraine, but the location is gorgeous if you’re looking for a safe location not far from Bourbon Street.

Everything was clean and it was quite comfortable, the only thing that wasn't great was the terribly loud AC unit. We attempted to make the fan setting quieter but the controls were turned off for adjustments. It would kick on every 30 minutes and sound like a plane taking off. Would have had a great visit otherwise! Very clean and secluded - would stay again if the AC unit wasn't so noisy.

Overall very pleasant and convenient, nice and tidy. Stated in suite which was Fully equiped, even had ninja air fryer. The only negative will be that air conditioner is too loud with no option to adjust fan speed. Had to cool down the room and turn it off. Otherwise would definately come back.

The AC is powered by a window unit so it is quiet loud if you want to stay cool. There is a thermostat that seems to be for a central AC unit but it does not seem to do anything. The address leads you to the exit gate and finding the entrance was a little confusing. Parking is not ideal since there are a limited number of spots.

Excellent new hotel rooms. The area is a bit questionable. Good fast food locations nearby. Digital door locks, no keys needed. Very clean. The property is open, no security gate. Check-out is at 10am. That is very early. Helpful and patient staff.

Nice place

It was my first time in the area. It was a good location for me, not in the middle of all the traffic. The rooms were nice, stayed in two different rooms. The first room was upstairs, I needed a room downstairs so they moved me after the first night. They were very friendly and we handled everything over text. My only recommendation would be to change out the window shades. The rooms have no way to be dark with the shades now.

The areas itself was a little far from the city, but only by about 10 minutes drive, everything was as shown the room was even bigger than I thought. I was incredibly happy with my stay and will definitely be using them again. I almost don’t want to rate them this high! so that it stays hidden gem. But I really do recommend this place.
