I’ve never been to a hotel where I have to pay extra for room service, per day. The rooms are nicely updated! You can tell that it used to be a motel but it’s not in a bad neighborhood. Even though no one is at the front desk (contactless hotel) the staff text you while you’re there to check in on you. The hotel is not huge, so therefore there are limited parking spots. I was able to find a spot the 2 nights I stayed. There is no breakfast. My only issue is the no free room service, fix that issue and you’ll have 5 stars.

Very clean. They paid a lot of attention to detail. Nice furnishings. I wish the gate would’ve been closed so no one off the street could have access to our cars, etc.

Very Clean

The units look brand new. The bed was comfortable and the unit was spotless clean. They offer black towels for makeup removal and cleaning spills/messes. The premises is gated as well. The a/c blows cold, but is uncharacteristically loud. Oddly, the blinds arent wide enough on the sides to cover the edges of the windows, so you can see in and out from the sides of the shades. Other than that, the stay was great.

This hotel is a hidden gem

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are very nice, clean, and well organized. The beds and chair were very comfortable. Love the night dim lights for those of us who hate bright LED lights. The balcony flowers and the patio common area make it really inviting. The rooms are newly renovated. The only critique I would give is the window curtain didn't fully gave me privacy, there was always an uncovered area. I do love the price for such a nice hotel. Cheaper than equivalent places considering is not too far from downtown. Sadly we all know what comes with cheap priced hotels : Contractors. Water wasnt hot by the way, but I love cold showers in the summer so not a big deal for me.

Check in is really easy and the towels were the best towels ever. The window shade allowed people to look into the bathroom. It also let light in. The room is never dark for sleep. They have this emergency flash light that goes on and they don’t want you to unplug it. Also the ac is really loud.

The entire property was bright and clean, most everything was new and modern. the owner and staff was very accommodating and pleasant. There were the essentials but not many extras provided, example there was no Ice cube tray !

Location is hidden property is definitely remodeled and new inside is extremely clean. I stayed during Mardi Gras. I did leave early because the smell of marijuana was so potent. It just gave me a migraine, but the location is gorgeous if you’re looking for a safe location not far from Bourbon Street.
