-Renaissance Room: King bed, private bath, lounge, washer/dryer, and medieval mural centerpiece.

-Victorian Meets Farmhouse: Stately bedroom, full bath with clawfoot tub, kitchenette, and direct balcony access.

-Retro Loft: Mid-century inspired loft with king bed, kitchenette, dining nook, daybed, and bold tiled bathroom.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire Riverhouse property except the owner's suite, including three suites and all shared amenities: pool, garden, balcony, dining room, and library.

Nestled in the vibrant Marigny, the property is only two blocks from Frenchmen Street, home to some of New Orleans’ best jazz clubs, nightlife, and street performers. The French Quarter is just a short walk away, where you’ll find Jackson Square, Café du Monde, Bourbon Street and historic architecture. The Marigny itself is a colorful mix of Creole cottages, music and entertainment, and local cafés that capture the spirit of New Orleans.
