Great location. Places to eat, shop Publix, Walmart , drink, marinas including parks and beaches near by. Safe and very quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Room was ok pillows could use update, pool area was nice even has gazebo and tables where you can stay after pool closes.
Staff; the night concierge and watchman, were the best hosts that have ever checked us in to any hotel…ever! They took time to get to know us, were very welcoming, friendly and just plain nice. Would definitely stay here again when in the vicinity.

We have been coming to this hotel from Palm Coast for nine years!
The property is in the midst of a remodel. The bar, restaurant and a number of rooms are done.
The bar is gorgeous, large and relaxed with awesome menu items. But the REAL delight is Karen. Wonderful human, awesome bartender!
We come back for that alone! But now with the restaurant remodel that is awesome too as well as the food!
We can’t wait until the rooms are done. The staff is amazing.

The rooms were clean but quite old. it was okay for two nights but I wouldn't stay there again. Some of the other guests seemed a little "seedy" to me, and there was a lot of cigarette smoking going on outside the rooms.
