Compare Ski Hotels in New Richmond

Hotel Crosby was beautiful. Only downfall was the uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. The mattresses were very thin and lumpy.

Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?

Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Only trouble was the TV’s were a pain to use and had to have someone come up and show us how to use it!

The room was clean, well maintained and nice layout. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues with parking, well lit parking area. Breakfast was good, multiple options available. Only issue was the bed was too firm for my liking and the pillows were flat and a bit uncomfortable.

Even though they are remodeling, I had a good night's rest. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.
