Great views on the no drive beach

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit at Schooner Point in New Smyrna Beach with large balcony to enjoy morning coffee while viewing and listening to the ocean. Direct beach access, beautiful pool, kiddie pool, and wonderful courtyard; this is a place that won't disappoint. The pool is seasonly heated or cooled depending on time of year to keep it fun to enjoy year round. Two community charcoal grills are available near the pool and make a great way to enjoy a relaxing evening.

The increasingly popular seaside town of New Smyrna Beach is a short ride away, with fabulous restaurants, shopping and downtown historical area at Canal Street and Flagler Ave. There is also a museum, parks and of course, fishing. If you prefer to stay away from the crowds, there are excellent seafood restaurants close by.
