The condo was lovely. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Nice central location between Cape Canaveral and Daytona. Orlando is close enough to drive for the day. We enjoyed the daily beach walks and being able to walk to the beachfront restaurant close to the condo complex. There is an onsite laundry room and the office even had quarters available to make change so we could use it. Close grocery store and 7-11. One small suggestion for owner is new towels. Kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely go back.

Cozy easy beach spot

My family had a great time! Pool was easy to access and the beach was steps away. Ground floor condo is the best! The bunk beds were wobbly and noisy so caution if you’re having 3 kids in there like we tried. We ended up using the pull out couch which worked great. Great spot to spend a few days!

Great for families. Fantastic location.

We had a great stay and would stay again. Amazing location, steps to ocean, pool, surfing and the best taco and ice cream stand in NSB. Appreciated the pack n play for our 18 mo old and the kids books and toys. Layout of bedrooms and kitchen/living was ideal for a family where younger members go to bed early and older members stay up. Spacious. Only reason not 5 stars was listing advertised a hot tub but there isn't one amd the hot water in one of the showers was only getting luke warm. Not such a bad thing in FL except we happened to be there during a fairly cold snap. So I would say 4.75 stars.

Girls trip

Love this location! Have stayed here in a different condo in the past. Area is quiet but close to lots of options for shopping and meals. We love the no drive beach as we spend our days relaxing by the water.
