Very unique, fully renovated water front condo, offering two en-suites, and direct beach access! Strategically located about 300 feet North of Flagler AVE, in the highly sought after Coronado in New Smyrna Beach. No expenses were spared, using all high-end finishing, furniture, appliances and bedding linens. Just the perfect location, everything within walking distance.

This beach condo was professionally decorated, making it stylish yet very cozy, offering perks you would only find in a high-end hotel. We offer a well equipped kitchen with brand new full size appliances, dining table with seating for 6, spacious counter top with seating for 4, a beautiful living room. This rare ocean beauty features, two en-suite rooms, both of them offering a king size bed, and one also has a daybed with a pull-out bed underneath, the king size beds fitted with Simmons/Serta hospitality mattresses, and premium all white linens. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with 70" Samsung Smart TV's, we also bring the latest in gaming entertainment with a PlayStation 5 connected to the living room tv. We also make it available beach towels.

Every year, endangered sea turtles emerge from the surf at night to lay their eggs in the dry
sand. It is illegal to touch or disturb the turtles, their nests, and dune habitat. Let the night provide the light
You can help nesting sea turtles and hatchlings.
• Keep drapes and blinds closed after dark.
• Turn off balcony lights when not in use.
• Move lamps and fixtures away from windows.
• Avoid using flash photography and flashlights while on the beach at night.
• If you see a sea turtle at night, keep at least 50 feet away from it and remain calm and quiet.
• Fireworks are prohibited on the beach at all
times.

Great short stay

Stayed for 3 nights. Place was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved having the condo on the first floor as it was easy out to the pool and beach access. The condo itself is very quiet with an older crowd which was appreciated - especially during spring break. Liked the closeness of the property to Flagler. We walked each night to dinner. Would definitely stay here again.
