Recreate your favorite meals seaside in the updated, fully-equipped stainless steel kitchen. Your pied-à-terre in one of Florida's best kept secrets awaits!
24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.
Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.
A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.
Parking:
One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. One (1) free additional guest parking space may also be available on a first come, first served basis and is therefore not guaranteed. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total parking passes are provided. Great accomodations and location
Everything was as described.Only suggestion is to have written instruction in the use of the HVAC. It was not obvious from the displayed symbols. Even the technician was confused.
