This place is very spacious and nice in the Upper East Side. Check in is so easy, and there is luggage storage for before and after stay. The kitchen is well-stocked for basic cooking. TVs and air in every room and comfortable beds. The place was very clean, just the walls could use a little refresh with all the luggage in and out. Happy we stayed here!

The building is nice and the location could be perfect if it were on a higher floor or the apartment were soundproofed better. The main issue now is that the location is on the main manahttan exit from the Queensboro Bridge. Be prepared for strong noise almost all the time, and especially from early in the morning. Bring a sound muffing device if you can.

The Madison Bella is a cute cozy space with everything you need to be comfortable. The area in NYc is great with lots of great food choices if you choose to eat out. The host is a great communicator, very responsive and prompt. I loved my stay. Would go there again.

The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place when visiting New York. The location was convenient. The apartment was clean. My favorite part was having a washer and dryer in the unit. When we visit New York again we will definitely stay here once again.

Room was dirty, no extra blanket for the sofa bed until we asked, extra amenities (toilet paper and paper towels) never got delivered, room did not look like it did as advertised, not sound proofed in the slightest despite being right off Queensboro bridge, lamp plug was banged up, pillowcase had makeup on it from a previous tenant.
