the room was nice and confortable, but I had issues with the cleaning of the room. they didn't make the bed for 2 consecutive days and one day they didn't clean the bathroom. although I chose breakfast included, there was a limit of 15$ and the rest was on me. This is because it is served by an indipendent restaurant. Not a good surprise...

Was very happy with my stay here. I feel like I have stayed at pretty much every hotel in Brooklyn but this was my first time here. It is a really nice hotel. I would def recommend and will stay there again.

This place is a complete nightmare. The owner is having a giant party for his friends and there is a loud dj blasting dance music shaking my room. It's almost midnight and they will do nothing. Never ever stay here. Never. Over $600 and it is the worst place I have ever been to

The hotel completely ignored the issues and failed to address any part of my experience. One of the most unprofessional and inconsistent hotel stays I’ve had. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

The hotel and room were spacious and nice. Having the metro stop one away was so convenient. Breakfast was the only negative: not very good (eggs were oversalted and pancakes were overcooked.
