Pretty good

Very nice. We had a group and there are rooms with private bathrooms but a joint hallway. Was perfect for the night we had planned. Not too far away for the city, Ubers were cheap.

Quality for the price

Not the nicest part of town, but the hotel itself was really nice and comfortable. We had an issue with the heater/AC in our room and they moved us with no issues at all. Convient to the F train and easy access to many NYC attractions

Do not stay at Hudson yard hotel , 1st night boiler breaks no hot water no heat in freezing temperatures checked out and still got charged for 4 nights and refund denied my Expedia , ridiculous

Well, i stay for 5days here. The property and was good. But the staff? Not so much. The service we get didn’t even close to good. And for housekeeping we need to call first if we dont they even bother to check it.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly and not in working order. The carpet was dirty. There was no microwave or refrigerator. The coffee maker was dirty and Dusty. The noise coming from all those rooms around me was ridiculous. It's like the walls are made of paper. They had stale muffins and croissants for breakfast very very limited. They have a bar area but you can't use it. The garbage pile up in the hallway was nasty. And it smelled. I will never go back.

The hotel is really nice for the price and the staff is very nice and helpful. Although there were a lot of loud small children that can be heard throughout our stay on our floor it got a bit annoying. I didn’t really like the area I was in as it felt unsafe to walk the streets and you can smell marijuana on every block. A microwave and fridge in the rooms would have been a lot better too, not too much amenities but we really just needed somewhere to sleep so it was fine. But specifically due to the area I don’t think I would stay again.
