There was no door separating the shower from the bedroom. Fine for the beautiful people; total cringe for everybody else. And what's up with the strobe light on the fire alarm. You can see that at night with your eyes closed. Finally, as to be expected in NYC: tiny rooms.

The location was great and the room was clean. There were cost cutting choices that made it less comfortable - nowhere to hang the towels, no light by one side of the bed, etc.
