Nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed and nice outside view (even if there were other buildings blocking the view). Friendly and helpful staff and amazing location, very close to Empire State Building, Chelsea neighbourhood and other main attractions on the way to Times Square 25min). As constructive feedback, I believe luggage storage should be free for guests as it’s the case in most hotels. 1 dollar per bag is still cheap, but considering this is mostly free worldwide it would show some courtesy.

2nd time staying in NY. I would definitely stay here again. Close to 5th street and the Empire State Building. Very clean which is most important to us. The young lady at check in was very sweet and helpful (I can’t remember her name) but we were given the wrong room at check in (I booked the larger room with fridge) and once I brought it to her attention she immediately fixed it and moved us to the bigger room with the fridge. I was very impressed with her kindness and caring of making sure we were happy. Also I loved that you have to use your room key to use the elevator (felt safe) another plus! chick fil a was close to our hotel so we used doordash for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again

The floors in the room were a little damaged and was somewhat uncomfortable to walk on. I suggest runner carpets covering those areas. Sometimes socks would get nipped by the floor edges resulting in wear and tear to the socks. Overall, the stay was very satisfactory.
