The inside of the hotel is beautiful, the check in is quick and the deposit you give you get back ! If you have no damages in your room. The AC and heat is good, the bathroom and rooms are clean, cheap for last minute things. Area is just around the projects and a lot of car mechanics companies and area where projects are at

The place is nice, clean, I just don’t know what happened in my room because I was killing roaches almost all night, it wasn’t as bad as it could have been, between me & my partner we killed about 15-20 of them, the overnight guy didn’t seem to want to do anything about it so I had to stay in the room & just shake my belongings out in the morning

nearby queens projects, i was safe but just be mindful of the area. pictures look just as described, rooms are smaller in person. everything was seamless but the place is just convenient if anything and affordable

Super loud outside, paper thin walls and windows. Ice machine was broken, as was the elevator. No amenities whatsoever. And there were roaches.. Yep. I had to unpack one of my bags just to make sure I wasn't taking any bugs home with me. Everything also so dirty, the walls the floor on my room, yhe toilet and my towels had stains. No wonder it was so cheap. Lol Staff was very nice though, and it was only 30 min by train/bus to LGA Airport.

Hotel staff is amazing and were so accommodating. The location while convenient based off a relatively short walk to the subway system is an a really rough area. If you have a vehicle it’s probably fine, but if you need to walk everywhere and use public transit I would not recommend. The Hotel (outside of a broken ice machine) was fantastic. The area is not ideal for young families.

Throughout the night, both my son and I experienced significant sleep disruption due to the uncomfortable bed. We were compelled to relocate to a hotel at approximately 2:30 AM. The mattress was not properly prepared, as the protective plastic remained in place, causing considerable discomfort. Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was substandard, with visible debris and limited amenities. Based on this experience, I do not intend to revisit this property. I recommend that management address these issues promptly. Thank you.

Although this hotel is nicely situated, the neighborhood can feel unsafe especially as a girl at night. The hotel is clean but shower water takes very long to warm up.
