I asked for non-smoking room, but the hallway was all smell of weed and marijuana and my room as well. That’s very unacceptable. so I had to leave the room after two hours of getting it and just let go of the amount of money that I paid to stay overnight over there. terrible experience. I will never come back again.

The room was actually disgusting. I had to ask for more sheets. The sheets had blood stains on them. The room needs to be remodeled . It’s given motel . If it wasn’t last minute and other rooms were available I would have left.

The front desk clerk was not friendly or polite. Our key didn't work so we went back to the front desk - twice. Our tv remote didn't work and the front desk clerk made me go find housekeeping on my own. The tv channels wouldn't change and the volume wouldn't adjust. we were stuck for two days watching cartoons. There was no heat in the bathroom. There were hairs in the shower stall when we first walked in. The lobby and hallways smelled like marijuana - for a smoke free hotel. I had chosen this hotel because of the rating on hotels.com - totally misled. If I wasn't going to the hockey game at UBS Arena I would have left.
