Truly Exceptional Stay - Felt Like a Home Away from Home From the moment we walked in, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The standout of our entire stay was JOANNE at the front desk, she was absolutely amazing. Warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She made us feel genuinely welcome and went out of her way to make our experience feel special. It's rare to encounter that kind of personal touch, and it made all the difference. The room was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the overall vibe of the hotel was relaxing and well-kept. Every detail from check-in to checkout felt seamless. Whether you're in town for business, a quick getaway, or a longer stay, this hotel is the perfect choice. Great service, clean rooms, and staff who truly care. We'll absolutely be back and here's hoping Joanne is working when we are!

Joann at the front desk was the best person in that position at any hotel I have been to In the last 40 plus years. Her smile, positive energy and helpfulness is unmatched! The rooms are clean and have all you will need for your stay. The location is close to everything but off the beaten path.

Property is under refurb and looks necessary, it’s looking tired. The staff are all so warm and friendly. Fantastic room with everything you need. The lounge is great to get a coffee in the morning. Location is perfect for everything. Fabulous stay

Great location and very comfortable beds and room. Just not up to the standards I've experienced in other Club Quarters Hotel in New York and Chicago. There were signs and activities that reflected they are currently working on updates, so I am hopeful.

The bed, pillows, and shower were FANTASTIC! There is a subway nearby within a few minutes walk. They have renovations going on to this hotel. The check in lady told me the restaurant and bar was closed(I didn't care until I realized the pizza place down the street closed early) Grab and go food was limited on this street. Heck its limited everywhere. I found a bar less than a block away that had food, and a pizza place on a block over that was open late. I'm a terrible eater during the day. I eat late at night. I would love to sleep in these beds again, but i'll have to have a better management on eating lol. But i travel solo so I just grab and go. But the shower and beds are worth staying here.

Great location, friendly staff, decent size room, free water and coffee all day, lots of room to sit in the lobby and a room with tables and chairs if you want to bring food into the hotel and eat, which is extremely convenient. Bathroom a bit tight and room a little noisy (you could hear some ventilation machines from outside). The property is currently being renovated, so hopefully it will be even better in the future.

The staff at this property, particularly Joanne at the front desk is what set this little gem apart. "Typical" mid town hotel, small but nicely appointed. Some work going on as they update facilities but nothing that bothered us during our stay. Conveniently located to theaters and Times Square.
