Beautiful south oriented Duplex in Clinton Hill/ Bedford Stuyvesant, the lower floor is an independent studio with private bathroom, private access and good natural light, the upper floor has two bedrooms separated by the living room, sharing the second bathroom.

The garden makes this apartment a gem, as we all know the importance of outdoor space,

There's an adorable human friendly kitty in the apartment, that doesn't trigger the most allergic people (she's an outdoor cat).
