I didn’t even stay there for 1 night out of the 3 I booked. After checking in, I received the key and went up to the room. My partner checked the room and found an open window and tried to close it. It wouldn’t close so we went downstairs and asked for them to close the window. The woman said she’ll try but eventually she said it couldn’t be locked but the curtain will cover it up for the night. I refused and asked for another room but she said all they had were smoking rooms which cost more than the room I booked. I then asked for a refund but they said only Expedia can do it because I booked it through them. I contacted Expedia and they said the hotel manager needed to authorized it. Expedia reached out to the hotel while I was there and for 3 days after with no response. I wouldn’t attempt to stay here again.

The room was a glorified closet. The bathroom was 3 times the size of the room. The shower drain next to the toilet. I was ready to put the bed in the huge luxury bathroom.

Noisy, unsafe area, smoke filled and pot smoke filled. Music all night from room, trains all night, no amenities, comforter had a 3” hole burned in it (non smoking room) go somewhere else, it’s newer but that’s about it. I was there for 5 days due to no other place to go or I would have left.
