Stained bed cover, looked like blood. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Rooms extremely, extremely small. While the staff was very nice, if you are a smoker, DO NOT STAY HERE!! The “manager” an English man, was very, very rude about smoking within 25 feet of the property. Which is fine. But maybe have an area for smokers to go. He was just so very rude!! I would never stay here again. So I know to Not book our NYC Christmas trip here.

Overall this hotel is a great option for anyone wanting to stay neat Times Square. Amenities were good and breakfast although busy is a bonus and it was pretty good.

I loved the area first of all, so close to everything. The room was clean. The breakfast was a nice option and not bad choices. Loved the new smart elevators. Felt very secure and safe.
