The room was lovely and spacious and the bath was super! Everywhere was exceptionally clean. Staff were all lovely and friendly and they were very helpful when we needed assistance. We will definitely be staying again!

Great location close to but not in the middle of Times Square, friendly staff, modern updated clean rooms. The heat was not working in our deluxe king - they quickly and kindly upgraded us to a studio suite. We’ve visited NYC for many years and this is one of our favorite hotels we’ve stayed in!
